To open an account with Ozwin 365, you must meet the following requirements:

If any individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
Once a bet is confirmed on Ozwin 365, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you may settle your bet early under certain conditions.
Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the odds in place at the time of confirmation — even if the odds change afterwards. For live betting, if a slight delay occurs due to server lag, the odds at that moment will apply.
Ozwin 365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For partially completed events, decisions are made in accordance with the applicable sport's rules.
Deposits at Ozwin 365 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
You must submit a withdrawal request to receive your winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds are typically transferred to your mobile account within 5–15 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile number used to verify your account. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.
Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals. This is done to prevent money laundering and protect your account. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.
Deposited funds are not directly refundable. If you withdraw without placing any bets, a processing fee may apply.
